They are not stocked or mass-produced. We appreciate your patience and are confident that you will be delighted with your selections.
SHIPPING METHOD: On domestic orders, all Laptop Bags ship USPS Priority Mail. Accessory items and Market Totes ship First Class Mail. International orders please contact us for shipping rates.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: Optional but recommended. If you would like your package insured, please contact me for an adjusted invoice prior to making payment.
RETURN POLICY: Sales are final on Froncé Totes and all styles of laptop bags because we only make them upon order. All other items may be returned for refund of the item price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in new unused condition and accompanied with your invoice and a note explaining reason for return. We do not offer exchanges.
